Ascend Neural, LLC ("Ascend Neural", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to ascendneurolllc.com and all services we deliver under written agreement.

1. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and operate our services:
- Contact details you submit through the website form (name, business email, company, message).
- Service data that you authorize us to process under a separate Master Services Agreement.
- Technical logs (IP address, browser type, referring page) collected automatically to keep the site secure.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, prepare a scoped proposal, and — once you become a client — deliver the services described in our agreement. We do not use your information for advertising or for training generative models that are shared across clients.
3. Closed-system handling
For client engagements, Ascend Neural operates closed-system architectures by default. Your proprietary data, prompts, fine-tuning corpora, and model weights remain segregated to your engagement and are never co-mingled with another client's tenancy unless contractually agreed.
4. Sharing & subprocessors
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the subprocessors strictly required to deliver our services (e.g. cloud infrastructure providers, transactional email). A current list of subprocessors is available on written request.
5. Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Client service data is retained for the duration of the engagement and any contractually agreed archival window, after which it is securely deleted on request.
6. International transfers
Ascend Neural is registered in Wyoming, USA, and serves global clients. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@ascendneurolllc.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including encryption in transit and at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access, and audit logging on production systems.

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to operate the website. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
